Hi @astro@c3d2.social, I think I found a bug with FediBuzz and how it does its Webfinger responses.
Can WebFinger resolve subject to a different domain?
It looks like some new things were added to what Mastodon returns from WebFinger.
Found this helpful resource by Ben Boyter (@boyter@honk.boyter.org): a collection of sequence diagrams explaining how #ActivityPub/#WebFinger works in practice—covering post creation, follows, boosts, deletions, and user migration.
Local votes are a bit more private.
